Well, I could say that I am getting lot of sleep lately that made me a little inspired to make an article on how I get my sleep better and makes me feel fresher after waking up. Well, I think this will be about 5 tips on how a boy makes himself look better by the following day every time he wakes up.
1.) Take Time to Prepare Yourself
Moving on your pace before sleeping is a good idea especially if you really want to take care of yourself. Some of the things that I do to prepare myself in going to bed is:
- I wash my face thoroughly to give my skin the night to breath and to remove dirt and oil that my face accumulated during the day. Or rather than washing my face, I take a quick warm bath to freshen myself up.
- I don't really use any kind of moisturizer solutions. But if you really want one, try to put on some. Select a product that will be light to your skin. This will help the repair of your skin during your sleep.
- Use overnight hair treatment once per night. But you have to make sure that you will be able to rinse it in the morning! There are wide array of treatment solution in store. You can select the one that you want to use.
- Have a cup of milk, either cold or warm. because milk before bed time can actually help you to sleep because it encourages the release of melatonin and serotonin, hormones which will help you get your sleep.
- A good pee or poopy break will also do especially if you had fun eating dinner.
- Lastly, I make my face exercise by smiling on the front of the mirror. I don't know how this kind of exercise do, but, hey, it makes me happy and somehow, when I wake up on the morning, I feel really good.

3.) Cold and Dark Room Setting
Since I live in the city, I try my best to make my room dark and cold. I do this by hanging out light curtains and having less clutter that could heat up my room. I don't open the light to my room either 30mins before going to bed. It helps me sleep fast and sleep comfortably.
4.) No Clocks!
Believe it or not, I don't put clocks on my room. This help me relax and keeps thoughts about time to slip pass by. Plus, I am most likely become stressed when I find that I still cannot fall asleep by a certain time.
5.) Finish up Works, Assignment, Projects or Activities Before Sleeping.
I don't stress myself out before sleeping, rather, I enjoy working with my assignments and other activities. This helps me go on with it and concentrate better on finishing it before sleeping time. This also free you from worrying that you have to wake up early to finish it or even thinking about how you will finish the work. By finishing necessary work to finish, I sometimes tire myself out and can make sleep better. Try it, it works!

go to your beauty sleep can mean a big difference on how you look. Mostly, being positive about tomorrow isn't enough. of course, you have to work the plan or the plan will just remain a thought without action!
